Mr. Symington is a member in good standing of the Roster of Professional Experts. Members of the Roster of Professional Experts have been appointed to the Roster by the Director of Waste Management, and are authorized under section 49(1) of the Contaminated Sites Regulation to make recommendations to the Director of Waste Management concerning the issuing of Approvals in Principle, Certificates of Compliance, Determinations that a site is or is not a Contaminated Site, Contaminated Soil Relocation Agreements and background releases (based on Table 1 of Protocol 4) for low to moderate risk sites.
